sanisoft is an addition to industry software solutions in the medical supply trade. With sanisoft, consultation processes can be supported and fittings can be documented. With the sanisoft app, processes on the smartphone or tablet are recorded without a permanent connection to the database server in order to later transfer them to a central system and synchronize them with the respective ERP system.The transaction recording necessarily includes a short text documentation, as well as the storage of the customers name and date of birth.Optionally, a fitting can be fully documented.This includes:- Extensive text documentation- Photo of the regulation- Recording of all prescription data- Registration of the delivered products- Customer data- Possible different delivery address- Additional contact details- Photo documentation- Allocation of digital documents- Filling in PDF forms such as (measurement sheets, concept sheets, fitting sheets, patient declarations, etc.)In addition to the re-entry of processes, these can also alternatively be entered in the industry software by employees in the back office and sent to the mobile sanisoft app and then supplemented by the customer advisor.If a suitable interface system to the ERP software is installed, further functions such as customer search, cost unit search and product search can be carried out directly from the app to the database of the industry software and, if necessary, the data can be fetched into the sanisoft app.The app syncs with a cloud. Depending on the setting and possible interfaces, the process data is then transported from there to the industry software and imported there or sent by e-mail to the back office for further processing. A dashboard is available for checking and possible corrections. The communication of the entire field service can be monitored at a glance.
